Meet the Artists!
Here you can learn all about the amazing piggy artists who bring our paintings to life! All of the Pigcasso artists are incredibly talented and love to paint in their own unique styles.
Willow
Willow is 6 years old and was adopted at 1 year old.
Willow spent her first year as a lab piggy, so she took some time to adjust and learn to live as a normal guinea pig.
However, with the help of her human and many piggy friends, she has blossomed into an amazingly sweet and outgoing girl.
Willow is a huge foodie who loves to paint and learn tricks. She is always the first one at the side of the cage when I get the painting gear out and runs out excited to grab the paintbrush and get started!
Whenever it is not her turn to paint, she can usually be found impatiently gnawing the bars in protest.
Willow is a super enthusiastic painter. She loves to paint primarily with assertive dots and pokes at the canvas, making her art stand out with colorful detail that really pops.

Pansy
Pansy is about 4.5 years old and was adopted as a baby from her owner who was allergic to her.
Pansy is a happy and laid-back girl. She loves posing for photos in between naps and is a very pretty and photogenic girl. She can often be found snuggling up adorably in her fleece beds with her little toebeans kicked out behind her.
Pansy can be a bit of a diva and needs her food properly prepared to her liking by her human piggy slave. However, she is a very sweet and loving little floof.
Pansy loves to pick up objects and move them around, so painting has been a really fun trick for her to learn!
Pansy likes to paint with dots and blotches of color, especially around the center of the canvas. Her brush strokes are not large, but her paintings still tend to come out very bright and bold in the end. She likes to switch between straight brush strokes and smaller pokes at the canvas, resulting in a random mix of colors and patterns in her art.

Skylar
Skylar is 5 years old and was adopted with her young baby, Skittles when she was about 8 months old.
Skylar is a very smart girl who thrives on learning new things. She is very adventurous and loves getting into anything she can. She is a huge social butterfly and loves anyone who brings her food.
She is always the first one waiting to come out and paint, learn tricks, or do photoshoots. No matter what it is, Skylar is waiting with the utmost excitement and enthusiasm. She truly loves life and is full of energy. I call her my little border collie in a piggy costume. ❤️
All of Skylar’s favorite tricks involve picking up and throwing objects around, so she always has lots of fun creating her paintings with the maximum level of enthusiasm.
Skylar is a confident painter who puts her all into everything she does. Sky is a very deliberate painter and generally paints with strong and bold brush strokes.

Nala
Nala is a 3.5 year old Abyssinian guinea pig, adopted at 1.5 years old. Nala is the sweetest social butterfly. She is always a happy little ray of sunshine, eager to explore and investigate anything she can get her nose into. She loves to greet everyone, especially if you have food!
Nala is the definition of a golden retriever personality. She is extremely trusting and loving of all people and other guinea pigs. She is incredibly sweet and can often be found nuzzling and grooming her bonded piggy siblings.
Nala is very nibbly and curious and thrives on learning tricks. She loves picking up and tossing things around, so painting was very natural to her.
Nala paints with the utmost enthusiasm, throwing her paintbrush at the canvas with passionate brush strokes. Her paintings are always bold and colorful, just like her. ❤️

Emmy
Emerald (Emmy) is a 4 year old Abyssinian guinea pig, adopted at 2 years old. Emmy is the most beautiful and photogenic girl. She is a clever and happy girl, and always up for an adventure.
Emmy is bold in nature, and loud in volume! She is always the first to go off like a siren at the slightest rustle of a bag. She excitedly leads the choir at dinner time until all the veggies have been fed.
Emmy is a chonky girl and a huge foodie! I have yet to find anything this girl will not take. She loves to come out to paint and learn new things, but she also loves the soft girl life and can usually be found cozied up in one of her many beds.
Emmy took to painting very quickly and despite being new to it, she is a very confident and bold painter. Her paintings turn out very unique and colorful!

Ciara
Ciara (CiCi) is a 3.5 year old tri-color American piggy. She is a super sweet and gentle girl. She is low in the pecking order of the herd and gets along with everyone.
CiCi was adopted from a local animal shelter at only a few months old after being dumped on the side of the road with a group of other piggies. Unfortunately this young girl also came pregnant. She later gave birth to a single baby girl, and the two of them were eventually bonded with my other girls.
Naturally Ciara started out quite shy and aloof, but over time she has blossomed into a lovely and outgoing girl. She is now a beautiful and confident girl who loves to jump and climb on my lap and is always up to learn tricks or explore.
Ciara hasn’t been painting for long, but she has already developed a real love for it! She is always waiting at the side of the cage with Skylar as soon as she sees me setting up their painting corner, and chews the bars in protest when she has to wait her turn.
So far, Ciara generally paints in thin, fairly straight lines, resulting in a busy canvas with lots of color!
